Fortnite Spring Breakout: where to find every colour of Easter eggs

We’ve got some egg-ceptional tips when it comes to finding Easter eggs (pic: Epic Games)

With the arrival of the Spring Breakout event in Fortnite you’ll find a basketful of new Easter-themed challenges to tackle.

Given that Fortnite frequently adds a variety of challenges that allow you to earn XP and unlock new cosmetics, it’s no surprise that an Easter-themed event was added as soon as spring arrived.

The ongoing Spring Breakout Event brings with it a multitude of Easter-themed challenges, including an in-game Easter egg hunt.

If you’re on the hunt for the best location to gather eggs, look no further as we’ve got you covered right here.

You can find eggs anywhere on the island where chickens roam, so you’ll likely come across them in lots of places, but particularly in rural areas.

If you’re keen on collecting the eggs as quickly as possible, there’s a specific location you might want to consider visiting.

There are many eggs around the farm at Frenzy Fields (pic:

Frenzy Fields, located in the southern section of the map, is home to a significant number of chickens. Take a walk around the farm, and you’re sure to come across several eggs. Just be sure to fend off any egg-seeking enemies who may have the same idea as you.

During the Spring Breakout Event, each egg comes with its unique benefits, making it worth collecting as you play.

For example, green eggs replenish your health, blue eggs grant a low-gravity effect, and golden eggs reward you with gold bars.

In order to complete the Spring Breakout challenge, you must collect 10 eggs, which hard-working chickens produce every 10 seconds in the game.

Upon collecting the required number of eggs you’ll receive a whopping 20,000 XP as a reward for your egg-hunting efforts.

If Easter-themed adventures aren’t your cup of tea, you can always give Fortnite’s newly-launched Creative 2.0 a chance and bring to life the island of your dreams.
