LOVE Island star Danica has slammed Billy for causing her “lowest moment” in the villa – admitting she almost QUIT over it.
She admits she felt “very disrespected as a woman”.
“I think it just all got on top of me and that’s when you saw that I am a human and I do have emotions,” she told OK! Magazine.
“I just broke down really and that was hard. I watched it back and I felt so sad for me.
“I was ready to walk at that point, as I was so over being walked over, pied, rejected.
“As confident as I am, there’s only so much one girl can take. But I dusted myself off, got back in the game and Jamie walked in and saved the day.”
Viewers were horrified as Billy rushed to tell the lads about ‘the salon’ being open, while Danica had kept details to herself after their steamy session in bed.
He then went on to completely ignored her during a game of snog, marry, pie.
After learning he had been speaking about her behind her back, Danica confronted him – and things reached breaking point when she stormed off.
Later Billy pulled Danica for a chat and told her: “It’s just a game. Why am I gonna snog someone who everyone expects, that’s not funny.”
Danica replied: “I know it’s just a game and it’s a bit of banter, but at the same time I’ve been through this before in here.”
Billy said: “I regret it. Maybe if you hadn’t been through that before… I do understand.”
Danica confessed to having romantic feelings for Billy – but he shut down any future, saying: “Right now I’m not feeling that romance side of things, it hasn’t clicked.
“That doesn’t mean I’m not going to feel it – there’s clearly a sexual attraction there.”
Days later footballer Jamie walked in and sparks flew immediately.
The pair left the villa together and are going strong, admitting to having a “connection” and even saying they’ll “have cute kids.”
